Hey!! Long time no talk! I hope all is well with you, my lovely reader! Today’s blog is about something I love to do which is cook! Listen being a big girl means in order for us to maintain a level of health we should, sometimes we must cook. Here are so recipes however that I love to make and are relatively quick to make. They are tasty and I have been sorta spamming them each week.
We are not surviving off snacks, and Uber Eats forever. At some point, you need a few solid meals in your back pocket that are:
- easy
- affordable
- actually GOOD
So here are my current favorite recipes for August, simple, flavorful, and very much “I have my life together” meals.

Cheddar Jalapeño Cottage Cheese Bagels

BONUS: Chicken Curry Meatballs + Peppers & Onions Over Basmati Rice

What you need:
- Ground chicken
- Curry seasoning
- Peppers + onions
- Basmati rice

Listen, You don’t need to be a chef.
But you DO need to know how to feed yourself properly.
Start with:
- 2–3 go-to meals
- Ingredients you actually like
- Recipes that don’t overwhelm you
Because being a “big girl” isn’t about perfection, It’s about taking care of yourself in real, everyday ways.
