*This list isn’t based on rankings or “must-see” travel lists, it’s simply a collection of places that have captured my curiosity and imagination over the years.
If you’ve been around for a while, you already know I love to travel. There’s something so exciting about experiencing a new culture, trying new foods, seeing places I’ve only ever seen in pictures, and making memories I’ll talk about for years.
I’m nowhere near finished exploring the world, and honestly, I don’t think I ever will be. Every time I cross one destination off my list, somehow three more take its place.
So, in no particular order, here are some of the places that are currently sitting at the top of my travel bucket list.
๐ง๐ท Christ the Redeemer โ Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

I don’t know what it is, but there’s something so powerful about seeing Christ the Redeemer overlooking the entire city. It’s one of those landmarks I’ve admired since I was little, and I know standing there in person would be surreal.
๐จ๐ณ The Great Wall of China
Imagine walking on something that’s over 2,000 years old. The history alone fascinates me, and I’d love to spend a day exploring different sections of the wall and soaking it all in.
๐ซ๐ท The Eiffel Tower โ Paris, France

Yes, it’s a little clichรฉ… and yes, I still want to go. Like come onnn I want to kiss in front of it!!
I want to see it sparkle at night, eat pastries, stroll through Paris, and have one of those “I’m actually here!” moments.
๐จ๐ญ The Swiss Alps
The mountains in Switzerland honestly look fake.
Every picture looks like someone’s desktop wallpaper, and I refuse to believe a place can actually be that beautiful until I see it with my own eyes.
๐ณ๐ฆ Namibia & the Namib Desert

This destination feels completely different from anywhere else on my list. The orange sand dunes, endless landscapes, and peaceful scenery make it look like another planet. It’s definitely one of the most unique places I hope to experience and wasn’t STAR WARS FILMED HERE!?
๐น๐ฟ Zanzibar
Clear blue water.
White sand beaches.
Rich culture.
Need I say more?
Everything I’ve seen about Zanzibar looks absolutely stunning, and it seems like the perfect place to relax while still experiencing something new.
๐ฒ๐ฌ Madagascar

No… not because of the movie. Madagascar has some of the most unique wildlife and landscapes in the world, and I’d love the chance to experience a place that’s unlike anywhere else.
๐ช๐ฌ The Pyramids of Giza
One of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World? Sign me up.
I’ve always wondered what it would feel like to stand next to something so old and so massive. Pictures just don’t seem to do them justice.
๐ฏ๐ด Petra

Ever since I first saw pictures of Petra carved into the cliffs, I’ve wanted to visit. The history, architecture, and the journey to get there all make it feel like an unforgettable experience.
๐ณ๐ต Nepal (To See Mount Everest)
Let me be very clear…
I want to LOOK at Mount Everest.
I do not want to climb Mount Everest.
I enjoy breathing.
I enjoy living.
I’ll happily admire it from a safe distance with a hot cup of chai in my hand.
๐ฎ๐ณ The Taj Mahal

The architecture is breathtaking.
I’ve seen tons of photos, but I can only imagine how incredible it must be to see the marble glowing in the early morning light.
๐ป๐ณ Ha Long Bay
This place looks like something straight out of a movie. Cruising through emerald-green water surrounded by limestone islands sounds like one of the most peaceful experiences imaginable.
Final Thoughts
The world is so big, and this list is just the beginning. Some of these trips may happen next year, some might happen ten years from now, and I’m sure I’ll add plenty more destinations along the way. That’s part of the fun.
For now, I’ll keep dreaming, planning, saving, and saying “yes” to new adventures whenever I can. Who knows…maybe one of these destinations will be my next passport stamp…well actually they wont because I already have a trip planned HAHA! Where am I going next?
What’s one place that’s at the top of your travel bucket list? I’d love to hear where you’re dreaming of going next. ๐๐
