Let’s get into it. These are products I used all the way through, like scraped the bottom, cut the bottle open type of finished. So this is real.
Some of these I loved and will absolutely be repurchasing, and others… yeah, we’re leaving them right where they’re at.
Products I Finished & LOVED
Let’s start on a positive note because some of these ate.
First up, the Innisfree Daily Gentle Retinol Salicylic Toner Pads. These? So good. They’re gentle enough to use consistently but still make your skin feel like something is actually happening. I noticed smoother skin and less texture over time without irritation. I used these pads every morning and sometimes at night depending on how I was feeling.
Next, the Innisfree Jeju Cherry Blossom Glow Jelly Cream. This moisturizer gives exactly what it says, glow. It’s lightweight, hydrating, and sits beautifully under makeup. My skin felt plump, fresh, and honestly just… pretty. It’s one of those products where you catch yourself in the mirror like okayyy skin. It is literally a gel which made me question if it was actually going to moisturize but no it does to the max!
Now let’s switch lanes a little, Dude Wipes Mint Chill XL. I don’t even care, we’re talking about it. These are a staple. The mint chill? Elite. You just feel cleaner, fresher, and more put together. Once you start using wipes like this, it’s hard to go back. Real talk after you use the bathroom in anyway, just using toilet paper is not going to leave you clean down there. Depending on what I did lol, I will start with the wipes to get everything actually clean then I will dry myself with the toilet paper.
And lastly, the Her Fantasy Box Renew Her Yoni Oil. This is one of those products where you’re like okay… wait… I actually love this. It kept me feeling fresh, moisturized, and just overall maintained down there. No irritation, and especially if you shave down there it is a nice way to moisturize the skin to prevent razor bumps. We have to be bikini ready yall!
Products I Finished & Will NOT Repurchase
Now… let’s talk about the ones that didn’t quite do it for me.
Starting with Tree Hut scrubs. And listen, there is nothing wrong with them. They smell amazing, they’re affordable, they’re popular for a reason. But for me? They just don’t exfoliate enough. I need something that’s really going to get in there and do the job, and these just felt a little too soft. It’s giving “cute but not effective for my needs.” I also have been liking dual exfoliators with some type of exfoliating acid in them so take that and do what you will with it.
Next, the ACT Anti-Cavity Mouthwash. I normally don’t even buy this, but I needed something quick and this was all that was available. And honestly… I feel like it did nothing. Like I used it, but I didn’t feel fresher, cleaner, or like my breath was actually improved. It just didn’t give what it needed to give.
Now let’s talk about Always pads and tampons. This one is very personal, but I have to be real. They work in terms of effectiveness, yes, but for my body? Absolutely not. I don’t know what it is, but they completely throw off my pH balance every time. So while they may work for others, they just do not work for me, and I had to stop using them.
And lastly, the Clorox Fraganzia Laundry Scent Booster Crystals (Ocean scent). I wanted to love these so bad because I love when my clothes smell AMAZING. But these? The scent just wasn’t strong enough for me. I was expecting that fresh, clean, “you smell me before you see me” type of laundry moment… and it just didn’t hit. So for now, I’m passing.
Final Thoughts
This is your reminder that just because something is popular doesn’t mean it’s going to work for you. And that’s okay. Part of growing into your “big girl” routine is figuring out what actually fits your body, your lifestyle, and your standards.
Some products are worth the repurchase, and some… we thank them for their time and move on
