Every year, I make a vision board, not because it’s trendy, but because it forces me to sit with myself and ask one honest question:
What kind of life am I actually trying to live?
My vision board is definitely not about perfection or pressure. It’s about direction. It’s a visual reminder of where I’m going when life gets loud, when motivation dips, or when comparison tries to creep in.
This year’s quote — the anchor of my entire board — is simple:
“I’m creating the life of my dreams.”

I feel like God allowed me go through some really tough things in 2025. Losing family members, becoming single after 3 years, not getting dream jobs, and disappointment and disappointment. He also allowed me to see extreme highs, major blessings, and the people I love excel!
But this year, we are not rushing it not forcing it.
Creating it, intentionally, patiently, and with God at the center.
Putting God First (The Real Foundation)
Before the trips, the things, the milestones — this year is about alignment.
In 2026, I want to:
- Put God first in everything
- Read the entire Bible
- Live by Psalm 37:5:
“Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him, and He will act.”

Faith for me isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being anchored. I don’t want God to be something I fit into my life — I want Him to be the foundation I build on.
Travel & Experiences (Because Life Is Meant to Be Lived)
Travel has always expanded me. It reminds me that life is bigger than my routine and that joy exists everywhere.
This year, I’m calling in:
- Spain
- Costa Rica
- Mount Rushmore
- Flying first class on my birthday
- Ulta Beauty World
These aren’t just trips, they’re reminders that I’m allowed to dream globally and live fully.
Personal Milestones & “I Did That” Moments
Some goals are about meaning, some are about fun, and some are just for me.
In 2026, I want to:
- Get my Hawaiian flower tattoo
- Buy myself diamond Chanel earrings
- Get flowers for myself every month
- Finally get the DJI Osmo Pocket camera
- Get a new MacBook
- Get a new car

These aren’t about impressing anyone. They’re markers of growth, celebration, and self-trust.
Growth, Discipline, and Big Girl Responsibility
This is the part of the vision board that isn’t cute, but it’s necessary.
My goals include:
- Enroll in my doctoral degree
- Save $2,000
- Be completely out of credit card debt
- Renovate my room
- Move to a new state and into my own apartment
I’m learning that freedom feels a lot like discipline. And I want both.
Health & Self-Commitment
This year, I’m choosing consistency over extremes.
- Get down to 200 pounds
- Continue to workout 4 times a week but integrate more core
Health for me is about feeling strong, clear, and present. Also body has to be TEA for this summer girl!
Content, Creativity & Digital Goals
Big Girl Time isn’t just a blog, it’s a reflection of who I’m becoming.
In 2026, I want to:
- Reach 2,000 Instagram followers
- Get 10K likes on TikTok
No forcing virality. Just showing up consistently and letting my voice do what it does.
Why I Write This Every Year
I don’t write these goals because I know exactly how they’ll happen.
I write them because faith requires movement.
Some of these will happen exactly as written.
Some will shift.
Some may surprise me.
But every single one reflects a woman who is choosing intention over fear.
I’m not waiting for life to happen to me anymore.
I’m creating it, one decision, one prayer, one step at a time.
Here’s to 2026.
This is the year I do what I said I would do.
