Hi everyone! I am so so happy to be writing to you all! I missed yall! But listen! Ya girl is going out of the country! As yall know each month this year, I made it a goal to travel one place each year and for the month of March I am travelling two places. Which you all will get full blogs for! For now though I want to share some of my favorite tips to plan trips.

- Create a mood board: I know yall are tired of me and my mood boards but hear me out, it helps so so much when trying to start the planning process. Is it going to be a girls trip, is it going to be hectic or calm, is it going to be more organized or more free flowing? This mood board will help you be able to decide the exact route you want to take with the trip. Here is one of my mood boards for a trip later in the year!

2. Create a BUDGET: Do not be out here trying to plan a trip with no budget girl. No that is just not going to work hun. If your budget is $300 then stick to it. If your budget is $6000 then STICK TO IT. Trips are expensive and let me tell you. No one wants to be stressing about a trip and the price. You will not enjoy it as much. You also don’t want to return from the trip dirt broke.
3. Start early: I like to plan, and I like to plan a lot. I do not enjoy going somewhere, especially out of the country, without a plan. In order to plan, you need to start early. You do not need to obsess over the trip like I do many months ahead but starting one-two months before will help you find flights you really want, activities, and discounts.
4. Use a travel website: This tip I think is more specific to travelling with friends. Using a travel website to organize all of the information to send out to others, I think is the best way to go. Only using a group chat and word of mouth can create confusion. Some of the websites I like to use are Tripit, Expedia, Airbnb, and Booking.com.
5. You cannot plan it all: Listen hun. No matter how much planning you do, you can not plan for everything. Do not forget to also enjoy the trip. Sometimes planning to much can take away some of the enjoyment of it. Planning is great but sometimes it can simply be just too much. Enjoy yourself and this planning process.
I hope you all enjoyed this blog tune in every Thursday to read more from me! I love you all and I will TTYL!
