BIG GIRL TIME

Sooooo I know that I have some readers who are still in their undergraduate degrees and living on campus so I wanted to make sure that I included you guys in this big girl journey too.

College is already daunting in itself, why make living there even more difficult. I am not going to list the typical essentials you will need because you can find that information anywhere, on your schools website, in a YouTube channel, or a different blog. What I am going to list are things that took me years to realize my life would have been so much easier if I had these items.

These items will be for apartment style dorms and regular suites so use your brain cells to know which is applicable for you.

1. Phone stand: When in college space is already tight. The last thing that you need is your phone taking up space on your desk with cords galore just floating around. I recommend a phone stand that charges your device or devices while taking up minimal space with only ONE cord.

2.Baskets and Bins: To survive the plights of college, one needs a something to put more somethings in. Cute bins or baskets are the best way to do this. Don’t like how your shoes are stored, put them in a bin. Don’t like the way your snacks are out for people to see, put them in a BIN! Don’t like your roommate, PUT THEM IN A BIN! (jk jk)

3. Rain Jacket: Umbrellas are cute and all and you should definitely invest in a good one but a rain jacket my friends is def needed. Something to keep you dry and WARM in the rain. There is nothing worse then being soggy and cold. Being sick in college is bound to happen so let’s postpone it as long as possible.

4. Rolling cart: You can quite literally put anything on here and… roll it. Kitchen stuff and roll it around, Bathroom stuff and roll it around, cleaning stuff and ROLL IT AROUND.
