It’s a question most of us ask ourselves at least twice a month…week…day?? am I right? …No? Only me? Well I am constantly asking myself how do I actually get better. I attempt so many things but how do I actually get better? How do I stick to my goals, stick to the plan I set for myself and truly become better.
Well I am waiting… If anyone has the answer let me know.
The truth is that we are always either getting better or worse. I know it can feel like “well I am just stagnate I am not getting better at anything but I am also not getting worse.” EHHHHHH wrong! You are always changing whether for the better or for the worse.
The truth is that in order to get better you have to want it enough to be consistent. Think about it. If you want to lose weight if you are not consistent 9 times out of ten you are not going to be losing weight.
You have to really want this thing bad enough that when you have a off day, the next day you are right back on the ball working hard to get to your goal. Now I say this from experience. I have goals that I have had for YEARS that I have not reached because I have not been consistent enough to see the difference.
But I also have goals that I hyper-focused on and got it done so fast I could not believe it!
Once you find your goals you want to reach, attach personal things to them. I want to lose weight – I know my weight does not make me happy and I want to be here for my future kids and grandkids to see them grow. Not be in a hospital sick and obese with newly developed health problems because I did not lose the weight now.
But as you all know, I do not like leaving you with just words and no call to action. So here it is.

Go on Pinterest, create a new board titled the upgraded me, then just scroll and add the images that represent things you want out of life. Your goals should stem from that board. Now go! Good luck!
