Hola folks and welcome back to another episode of Kimaya explaining random things!!! No but if you have been reading the rest of the blogs this one did just spring up out of no where…see what I did there…spring lol! Spring is coming up and we are entering our clean girl era. I have a slight obsession with skin care okay but I sometimes hate actually doing it. Tell me how that makes sense? Back in the day ya girl was stinky…I mean I still am stinky but just not all the time. Back when I was younger I didn’t really get the in-depth talks about washing your coochie or shaving or underboob sweat, so I just made up my own routine but let me tell you…no I was stinky.
While I tried my best I had somethings working against me. Now REMEBER THIS IS A SAFE ZONE! I will be discussing some sensitive topics that I don’t talk about often but You guys are my new friends and we cant grow together if we are not honest with one another.
So when I was younger I peed in the bed up till I was about 15…like all the time. I have come to the conclusion that I had developed a weak bladder from holding it for too long that when I would go to sleep I would just pee the bed. This then started to seep into my everyday life. Because of my weak bladder I wouldn’t be able to hold it during the day either. This meant that essentially if I needed to go to the bathroom if I did not go immediately I would pee myself. CAN YOU IMAGINE THE UTI’s. But this is my honest truth. Because of my weak bladder and wetting myself during the day I would not smell the best. Your story may not be like mine but lets be honest we could all be taking care of ourselves more.
Becoming a clean girl starts with recognizing that you are stinky.. I was stinky and needed to change my habits in order to become a clean girl..or should I say a less stinky girl. In part two we will talk about some changes I am currently making to take control of my hygiene even more. The part three will talk about actual products that I have been using that have made a WORLD of a difference.
Alrighty folks see you in the next blog. TTYL!
